Me and Iqbal ... Iqbal and I had an adventure today. We had not been home for the past 2 weeks or so due to an insanely busy schedule. We had nothing in our fridge... and by nothing i seriously mean nothing. So today after work we decided to go grocery shopping. We usually go stright to No Frills and do our shopping there... but Iqbal had this serious urge to go to Food Basics... so we went. We got into the store and bought a few things... ofcourse we couldnt find everything we needed for todays meal so iqbal decides ... (note... iqbal is making the decisions here lol) to go to Highland Farms. So off we went to the other grocery store to get the remaining items on our list. We get into that store now and find that out of the remaning list we still were missing half the stuff! So now WE decide that we will quickly go into Dominion and grab the few things that were left. Walk in and buy everything but our Macadamia nuts! Holy mother now im starved and my stomach is starting to eat itself. Iqbal on the way home stops off at the bulk place and we walk in and FINALLY find our last item on the list and make our way home.
Anyway point of that whole story was... we made really really amazing tilapia and here is what it looked like.... sort of:
The picture makes it look like pink, orange and white mashed potatoes but it actually looked freakin awesome! If you wanna have some... you will have to come over =)
